Strictly speaking no, but its perfectly easy to understand its meaning; ultimately thats the main reason for communicating. If we go down the road of incorrect use of commas, lack of capital letters, using and to start a sentence, it has grammatical issues, but in this day and age, there are a prolific number of texts in the public arena that are less than perfect. There was no misuse of the apostrophe which is my particular pet hate.
